Brantford Police Service is currently searching for experienced officers to fill Part-Time Constable positions. This role provides seasoned professionals an avenue to remain active in law enforcement while enjoying a flexible schedule. Candidates must have substantial experience, particularly in uniformed patrol duties, and state-certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reinforce frontline officer support
• Complete necessary Use of Force Certification
• Acquire First Aid/CPR certification
• Interact positively with the public
• Contribute to the police service's diversity
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of policing experience in Ontario
• Completion of Basic Constable Training from Ontario Police College
• Strong uniformed patrol service record
• Must not have been out of policing for five-plus years
• Completion of OPC equivalency exam for other province candidates
Step back into policing and serve the Brantford community as a part-time constable.
