Supply Chain & ERP Systems Lead – Digital Implementation —

In-Person, 6-Month Full-Time Contract

We are looking for a Systems Lead to own the deployment, integration, and day-to-day management of our digital product lifecycle—from the field through the pack house and out to the customer.

This is a hands-on implementation role
. You will be the bridge between our physical operations and our digital infrastructure.

Primary Focus: ERP & Digital Product Integration

Your mission is to build a "single source of truth" for our supply chain using our ERP software (Crop tracker/AgTech stack).

• ERP Architecture: Design and map the digital flow of products from harvest bins to finished retail cases.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Set up digital product profiles, ensuring every SKU is correctly tagged, labeled, and tracked.
• Inventory Control: Implement real-time digital inventory workflows for both raw harvested goods and finished packaged inventory.
• Scan-Based Workflows: Deploy hardware (tablets, scanners, thermal printers) and ensure 100% data capture at every touchpoint in the pack house.

• End-to-End Traceability: Ensure every outbound shipment has a "digital passport," linking it to specific fields, spray records, and harvest dates.
• Labour Cost Intelligence: Use the ERP to track labour efficiency by production line, providing management with real-time cost-per-unit data.
• Supply Chain Compliance: Digitally automate spray records, chemical inventory, and food safety compliance to ensure we are always audit-ready.
• System Ownership: Act as the "Product Owner" on-site, troubleshooting software bugs, managing updates, and ensuring the system is optimized for our specific farm needs.

• Full ERP Adoption: The system isn't just "installed"; it is the heartbeat of our daily operations.
• Data Integrity: 100% accuracy in our digital inventory and traceability records.
• Optimized Supply Chain: Management can view live dashboards showing profitability and production speed.
• Self-Sustaining Teams: Supervisors and QC staff are fully trained and digitally literate within the new platform.

  Experience:
  
  You have a background in implementing or managing ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or specialized AgTech/Logistics software).
• Supply Chain Mindset: You understand the "flow" of goods and how digital data must mirror physical movement.
• Hardware Savvy: You are comfortable setting up and troubleshooting tablets, mobile apps, and industrial scanning equipment.
• Operational Grit: You enjoy being on the floor of a pack house or in a field, seeing your digital solutions work in the real world.
• Training Capability: You can translate complex software processes into simple instructions for diverse teams.

• Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract with potential for extension based on performance.
