Take on the role of Senior System Administrator at Apotex, specializing in the administration of global IT systems. This position encompasses system support, configuration, and adherence to compliance standards, with a focus on customer service excellence.
As a part of the Global Information Systems department, you will be responsible for critical installations, maintenance, and audits of various computing systems. Your proficiency with technologies like SCCM and VMware will contribute to improving system performance and reliability. You will be instrumental in developing documentation and acting as a technical liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and monitor end-user systems and applications
• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance
• Maintain a comprehensive configuration database
• Act as escalation contact for system issues
• Provide regular updates to internal teams on systems status
Requirements:
• Minimum 7–8 years in relevant customer service roles
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Advanced hands-on experience with IT tools
• ITIL V3 Foundations training
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
