This role focuses on providing technical solutions and training to OEMs and contractors while enhancing customer satisfaction. Your strong ability to anticipate customer needs will play a vital role in both application engineering and training program effectiveness, ensuring all offerings are current and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert-level technical support to clients and partners
• Investigate and resolve product quality and application issues
• Create and implement effective training calendars and materials
• Facilitate training sessions throughout Canada and the U.S.
• Support the Copeland Technical Specialist program positively
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with 3+ years relevant experience
• Demonstrated success in developing technical training
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems
• Excellent communication skills across various settings
• Legal authorization for work and travel without sponsorship
