You'll engage with OEMs, wholesalers, and contractors, ensuring they leverage Copeland products effectively. Travel is required to conduct training sessions across Canada and the U.S., enhancing customer and personal development alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver training aligned with business goals
• Provide application support for Copeland products
• Investigate product-related issues and propose solutions
• Collaborate with the Copeland Technical Specialist program
• Engage in customer site visits for workshops
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• At least 3 years HVAC/R experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Problem-solving and networking abilities
• Legal work authorization in Canada and the U.S.
