Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support to customers and partners
• Create engaging training materials and sessions
• Conduct inspections and technical assessments
• Address product application and quality inquiries
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on program initiatives
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years in HVAC/R
• Excellent communication proficiency
• Capability to foster customer relationships
• Authorized to work in Canada and travel to the U.S.
