Lead as a Product Security Engineer at Grow, enhancing secure software practices for mental health technology. Your efforts will directly impact user access to quality care solutions.
In this role, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of approximately 145 engineers, focusing on product security throughout the development lifecycle. Your experience with application security will enable you to create security measures from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with product and Dev Ops teams to ensure that security practices enhance rather than hinder progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a secure culture within the engineering organization
• Define and implement security requirements for new developments
• Assess source code for security robustness
• Partner with teams to drive product security initiatives
• Perform thorough security assessments and training for engineers
Requirements:
• Over 6 years in application or product security roles
• Strong coding skills for automation of security tasks
• Familiarity with microservice architectures
• Excellent collaborative capabilities within diverse teams
• Deep comprehension of coding and security vulnerabilities
