Definity is seeking a co-op student for a Winter 2027 placement. You will assist in supporting existing systems for Economical Insurance while building invaluable skills. This role combines technical aptitude with hardware and software support, ensuring a high quality of service and resolution for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively

• Resolve incident and request tickets from the Service Desk

• Install, upgrade, maintain, and decommission hardware

• Deploy client hardware and support printers

• Schedule and troubleshoot video conferencing setups

Requirements:

• Pursuing a university degree/college diploma in tech or related field

• Demonstrated technical aptitude relevant to systems support

• Ability to lift computer equipment (40 lbs)

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
