Join Definity as a Deskside Support Co-op for the Winter 2027 term in Waterloo, Ontario. Provide technical assistance and enhance your skills while working in a hybrid environment.
As a Technical Associate Co-op, you will collaborate with the Deskside & Support team to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support. This role includes troubleshooting systems, managing incident requests, and supporting equipment installations, contributing to effective business operations within Economical Insurance. Your hands-on experience will be invaluable in connecting theory to practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting support
• Resolve incident tickets from the Service Desk
• Install and maintain client hardware and software
• Support printers and multi-function devices
• Assist with video conferencing technology
Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree or diploma in technology or business
• Technical aptitude in hardware and software
• Ability to lift equipment up to 40 lbs
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration experience
• Effective communication for customer interactions
