Support WCS/ERP accuracy and automation recovery as a Warehouse Automation Specialist working on-site in a 24/7 rotation. Protect inventory integrity across cold-storage operations.
Hilton Foods Canada seeks a hands-on, floor-based key user supporting automated and manual warehouse operations. You will maintain inventory records, diagnose system exceptions, and coordinate with Logistics Operations, IT, engineering, and suppliers. The work supports food safety, product availability, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain alignment between physical inventory and WCS/ERP records
- Execute cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory investigations
- Triage automation exceptions and coordinate approved recovery actions
- Analyze transactions, audit trails, logs, and system errors
- Produce reports, handovers, and incident documentation
- Three-plus years in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or systems support
- Strong planning, analysis, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn automation systems
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and diagnostic information
- Ability to work independently on rotating 24/7 shifts
