Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize shipping, inventory, and supply chain operations within our packaging facility near Brantford, ON location.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials and finished packaging products
• Schedule and track shipments with carriers, freight providers, and third-party logistics partners
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of packaging materials (corrugate, films, labels, etc.)
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to align logistics activities
• Resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies efficiently
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 2 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, freight coordination, and inventory control
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
