Title:

Materials Analyst) Role — Brantford, ON
** Copeland is hiring a Materials Analyst for our Brantford team. You'll own the flow of finished goods from multiple vendors and product lines: working directly with multiple departments to keep customers satisfied and orders on time.  This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by transforming data and observations into actionable improvements that drive quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
** What you'll do
*** Monitor stock levels and approve/release Purchase Orders
* Track finished goods and expedite as needed to protect on-time delivery
* Verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders
* Support Item Creation Process to add new product
* Build and analyze inventory reports to spot trends and get ahead of issues
* Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors
* Partner with Production, Customer Service, Sales, Suppliers, and Procurement
** Basic Requirements:
*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
* Comfortable analyzing data, spotting trends, and troubleshooting on your own
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
* Authorization to work in Canada - sponsorship will not be provided for this role  
** Preferred Requirements:
*** 3+ years in Materials Management
* Bilingual — English/French
* Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle and JDE; BI tools (Sigma experience a plus)  Pay Transparency: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD Annually  #LI-Hybrid#LI-KC2
