Hartmann Packaging offers an 8-hour shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Ideal candidates have 2 years of manufacturing experience and a solid understanding of machinery maintenance. You will be responsible for installations, repairs, and routine upkeep of both equipment and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly after hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead equipment installation and repair projects

• Perform essential building maintenance and repairs

• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Conduct routine machinery maintenance tasks

• Create parts and tools as necessary

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing

• Skill in reading blueprints and schematics

• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude

• Excellent communication with team and vendors

• Flexibility to assist in various maintenance projects
