As a Housekeeping Aide you will do meaningful work everyday ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents’. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

Ability to complete a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot cleaning walls, windows, and doorsSkilled in cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and common areas according to assigned schedules and proceduresAttention to detail when preparing rooms for new occupants, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming, and tour-ready at all timesStrong understanding of resident privacy and professionalism while working in occupied living spacesCompassionate, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work that supports seniors’ quality of lifeDetail-oriented with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team membersFlexible and willing to assist with additional duties as assignedWhat you need to know:
