Night Cleaner

Position: Full-Time Night Cleaner
Step into a key role at North West Rubber as a Full-Time Night Cleaner in Brantford, Ontario.

Your role will focus on cleaning equipment and work spaces, ensuring safety and efficiency in our tire recycling facility.

In this position, you will work the continental night shift and be responsible for extensive cleaning and maintenance tasks. We require candidates who are dependable, willing to learn about working at heights, and able to demonstrate great attention to detail in maintenance inspections and cleaning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and remove foreign materials from work areas

• Execute cleaning duties on elevated platforms

• Conduct inspections and document maintenance needs

• Manage heavy cleaning after production runs

• Keep management informed of equipment issues

Requirements:

• Open to training for working at heights

• Elevated Work Platform operation experience preferred (training available)

• Forklift License is an asset (training offered)

• Strong attendance record necessary

• Ability to stand for long shifts and adapt quickly
