As the Facility Services Manager, you will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and asset management for the YMCA in Brantford, Ontario. This hands-on leadership position requires strong skills in health and safety regulations, budgeting, and team development. You will report directly to the General Manager while enhancing member experiences through service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and efficient facility operations

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Manage budgets and contractor relationships

• Build strong partnerships with community members

• Lead and develop facility staff for optimal performance

Requirements:

• Two years post-secondary education in a related field

• Five years experience in facility maintenance

• Strong project and budget management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Certified in First Aid and CPR-C
