As a key player in the YMCA, the Facility Services Manager ensures the safe operation of the facility and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the effective operation and maintenance of YMCA facilities

• Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards

• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and facility project management

• Mentor and develop team members for high performance

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Operations, Facilities Management, or similar

• At least five years in facility maintenance roles

• Strong project and budget management skills

• Proficiency with relevant software tools

• Certification in Intermediate First Aid and CPR-C
