Key Responsibilities:

• Direct maintenance tasks to ensure plant reliability

• Support smart factory projects and collaboration

• Schedule and plan maintenance activities

• Perform Root Cause Analysis on equipment breakdowns

• Implement TPM and Lean principles

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance
