In this pivotal Maintenance Supervisor role, you’ll manage maintenance strategies and supervise a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your leadership will facilitate effective maintenance scheduling, ongoing problem-solving, and collaboration across production and engineering. Expect to drive initiatives that enhance equipment performance and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance activities for optimal operations
• Implement TPM standards for reduced variability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficiency
• Support troubleshooting efforts through RCA and BDA
• Drive Focused Improvement initiatives to eliminate losses
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proven leadership in achieving operational excellence
