Extendicare Housekeeping Aide Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean resident apartments and common areas thoroughly

• Operate floor care machines and steam cleaning equipment

• Strip, scrub, and buff carpet and non-carpet surfaces

• Transport garbage to designated collection points

• Support adherence to safety rules and policies

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial or healthcare cleaning preferred

• Good oral and written English communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check

• Physical capability to meet job demands
