In this full-time Maintenance Manager position, you will be responsible for managing maintenance operations at our Brantford facility. Your leadership will be pivotal in the development and execution of maintenance programs aimed at maximizing operational performance. Collaborate with plant teams to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement in all maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the maintenance of plant equipment and systems
• Champion adherence to safety and food quality standards
• Implement preventive maintenance and reliability strategies
• Mentor and develop maintenance personnel for peak performance
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Requirements:
• 5+ years of supervisory experience required
• Technical degree preferred;
High school diploma required
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with maintenance software including SAP
• Strong leadership and team dynamics capabilities
