Maintenance Leader: Drive Plant Reliability & Safety
Tree House Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Brantford, ON facility. The role oversees all maintenance, services and facility equipment, and drives preventive, predictive, and continuous improvement programs to maximize uptime and reliability.
You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, manage spare parts and service contractors, and partner with Operations to deliver asset strategies and capital projects. A safety-focused, collaborative leader with CMMS experience is ideal.
