A valid driver's license and personal transportation are essential for this on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop hallways, floors, and stairs

• Operate vacuums to remove heavy debris

• Handle routine repairs on heating, cooling, and plumbing

• Conduct safety and security checks regularly

• Show apartments to prospective tenants

Requirements:

• 2-3 years maintenance experience required

• College certificate or diploma in relevant field

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
