As the Technical Publications Manager, you will guide a talented team of writers and specialists in creating efficient, user-focused documentation. Collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams, your mission will be to enhance Tigercat's documentation standards while driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of technical writers
• Establish strategic vision for documentation processes
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in technical publications
• Manage project workloads and team priorities
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in technical writing or documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication or related field
• Strong leadership in team management and project execution
• Familiarity with modern documentation tools and software
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
