Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator / Assembler, your daily tasks will be varied and crucial to the operational success of the facility. You will be responsible for:

• Operating various manufacturing machines and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce high-quality parts.

• Performing regular quality checks and detailed inspections of finished products to ensure they meet precise specifications and blueprints.

• Assisting with fabrication processes, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal or plastic components.

• Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings, work orders, and process sheets to determine machining and assembly requirements.

• Using handheld measuring tools (such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances.

• Performing basic machine maintenance and keeping the workspace clean and organized to uphold safety standards.

• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production issues and improve workflow efficiency within the Manufacturing & Logistics department.

• Adhering strictly to health and safety policies, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Qualifications
