A little about the position:

Production Associate – Responsible for the production and manufacture of pool liners and covers. Responsible also for cutting, cross‑seaming, webbing or stitching.

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
• Manufacturing such as heat‑seal welding, kit‑building, fabricating, cutting, and sewing.
• Be punctual and detail‑oriented.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and sewing machines.
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.

• 0‑3 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or production
• 0‑3 years’ experience in machine operation of semi‑automated machines, and the use of hand tools.
• Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one’s hands.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Afternoons 3:30‑12. (shift premium for afternoon shift)
