Shift: Straight Nights - Sunday to Thursday
Timing: 11pm to 7am
Location:
Brantford
Salary: 80-85K
Ideally someone from a consumed goods manufacturing facility (food) with more than 5+ years

Responsibilities
- Participating in continuous improvement
- Oversee completion/improvement process of sanitation schedule, PMs, during your shift
- Responsible for maintaining safety first mindset
- Committed to following all GMP procedures
- Establish expectations with team members to ensure follow-up to completion
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a similar role
- Minimum of 3 years working as a team lead or production supervisor
- Must be available to work longer shifts when necessary
- SAP experience is an asset
- Leadership, organizational skills and creativity, teamwork
