About You

Education and/or Experience
Engineering Degree is a plus and/or experience in related industrial settingKnowledge, Skills, and General Abilities
Minimum 2 years of industrial experience, preferably involving steel production or refractories.Strong understanding of steel manufacturing processes and customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must have excellent communication in English.Ability to learn inventory control processes and standardsTracking, analyzing and explaining dataFamiliarity with heavy industrial environments and related safety standards.Must be comfortable in dealing with customers from all levelsHands on, forward thinking, and improvement/results drivenOpen mind to new refractory opportunities and problem solvingWorks effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communicationsProficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point Proficiency or ability to learn the use of an ERP, MRP, or similar system for data input, output, report creation and data analysis is a plusSAP knowledge is a plusWillingness / eager to learnSupporting team members and other customers as requiredDriver license and personal vehicle requiredPhysical Requirements & working environment
