We are looking for a seasoned Powder Coat Painter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join a fantastic team in Paris. This isn't just a "spray and go" role—we need a detail-oriented professional who can set up equipment, interpret complex technical drawings, and ensure our finishes meet the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities
Setup & Operation:
Expertly set up and operate powder coating equipment and paint booths.
Technical Interpretation:
Read and interpret paint specifications directly from shop routers and engineering drawings.
Line Management:
Lead the loading and unloading of metal components on the powder coat line to maintain optimal production flow.
Quality Assurance:
Perform rigorous visual inspections to ensure a high-quality finish and adherence to workmanship standards.
Special Projects:
Collaborate with Engineering and Management on specialized coating trials and continuous improvement projects.
Assembly & Packaging:
Complete final product assembly and packaging according to specific work instructions.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Painter, specifically with powder coating.
Strong attention to detail to ensure all finishes meet high-quality industrial standards.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and complex work orders.
Physical stamina and the capability to stand for long periods while performing repetitive tasks.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or coating inconsistencies.
