Continental Rotating Schedule
Day
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Enjoy built-in days off throughout the month while maintaining full-time hours.
What You’ll Do
Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
Troubleshooting machinery and making adjustments as needed
Completing production reports and equipment inspections
Assisting with preventative maintenance activities
Operating forklifts and staging materials
Following quality and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Supporting production goals as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing or machine operating experience
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Forklift experience (an asset)
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
