The Sanitation person at the Brantford location provides support to the Sanitation team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Complete required daily documentation, including temperature logs, cleaning records, and chemical measurements.

• Perform thorough equipment cleaning and maintain facility housekeeping in line with GMP and company standards.

• Work with QA to ensure sanitation swabs meet required specifications and follow all food‑safety processes.

• Operate sanitation equipment, report safety or quality concerns, and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

This is a full-time, permanent position on the night shift, operating 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Continental Shifts. Overtime may be available depending on business needs.

The hourly rate is CAD 22.97, plus a night-shift premium of CAD 1.35 per hour.
