Cap Line Press Operator at Massilly

Massilly North America is seeking a skilled Press Operator experienced in operating manufacturing equipment. You’ll be responsible for the adjustment and repair of cap line equipment, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance. The role includes using tools for measuring and setting codes, while also inspecting for defects throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust cap line equipment effectively

• Participate in preventive maintenance activities

• Set dies in scroll shears and presses

• Check and verify tinplate/enamel code IDs

• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure specifications

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for shifts

• Proven mechanical aptitude in manufacturing

• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices

• Capable of working all three shifts

• Attention to detail in quality assurance
