You'll engage in key tasks such as loading/unloading grain, operating equipment like forklifts, and maintaining facility conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks for grain delivery

• Operate forklifts and automated grain systems

• Conduct routine machinery maintenance and repairs

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping

• Provide customer support throughout the year

Requirements:

• Familiarity with digital technology and electrical panels

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights

• Full G driver's license required

• Conversational English skills for safety compliance

• General knowledge of operating equipment safely
