Production Supervisor Ontario

Join Flora Food Group as a Production Supervisor at our Brantford, Ontario facility during the afternoon shift. Lead a team to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

In your role, you will be part of the Operations Leadership Team, managing all aspects of production and overseeing daily operations. Your strong leadership and conflict management skills will be crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment among hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage manufacturing operations and performance targets

• Conduct daily operational meetings and communications

• Enforce compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations

• Drive initiatives for waste reduction and efficiency gains

• Coach and develop team members in their roles

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a supervisory role in food production

• Knowledge of food safety and workplace regulations

• Proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

• Strong analytical skills related to production metrics

• Background in lean or continuous improvement practices
