Entry Level Coater Operator Position

Join Massilly North America's production team as an entry level Coater Operator in the Lithography department. You'll learn to apply coatings and maintain equipment while ensuring product quality.

This role requires a motivated individual eager to support continuous production operations. You will gain hands-on experience with various coatings, troubleshoot machinery, and make necessary adjustments using basic hand tools. Flexibility is essential as Massilly operates on three shifts, and you will be integral to each one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support continuous operation of the production line

• Check the quality of manufactured products

• Apply coatings to metal sheets safely

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment

• Use hand tools to perform necessary adjustments

Requirements:

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for entire shifts

• Familiarity with chemicals is a plus

• Willingness to work all three shifts

• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
