Patriot Forge Heat Operator Position

As part of Canada’s largest custom open-die forging company, you will assist in furnace operation, load and unload components, and quench products to achieve required hardness levels. This position emphasizes safety and compliance with health policies while maintaining an organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and calibrate heat treating equipment

• Load and manage furnace operations daily

• Perform quenching processes with efficiency

• Ensure record keeping is maintained accurately

• Follow strict housekeeping (5S) practices

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion or two years relevant experience

• Familiarity with forklifts and overhead cranes

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• English language proficiency for communication

• Ability to work in challenging heat conditions
