As the Director of Production, you will tap into your 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your role includes recruiting and mentoring a top-notch production team, driving process optimizations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Collaboration with other departments will be key to delivering exceptional cannabis products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of manufacturing and inventory operations
• Develop and maintain production schedules
• Enforce compliance with all health and safety laws
• Partner with Quality Assurance for SOP adherence
• Evaluate KPIs to drive performance improvement
Requirements:
• 7+ years in a production leadership capacity
• 3+ years in a senior management role
• Experience in GMP-compliant industries
• Strong team development and coaching abilities
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
