As Production Manager, you will be accountable for managing the Brantford manufacturing site. Your leadership will guide Production Supervisors and hourly staff to achieve key production targets and maintain high safety and quality standards. Your strong background in a unionized, high-volume manufacturing environment will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce Hartmann Safety and Health protocols
• Manage quality systems and track production metrics
• Drive waste reduction and operational excellence initiatives
• Lead and develop a collaborative production team
• Partner cross-functionally to enhance operations
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in a supervisory role within manufacturing
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong Microsoft Office and ERP competency
• Proven leadership in a union setting
