A high school diploma and at least three years of machine operation experience are essential for this position. You will be tasked with inspecting equipment, correcting defects, and adjusting machines to align with specifications. Reporting production metrics and maintaining safety standards will also be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the manufacturing process efficiently
• Perform routine inspections and cleaning of machinery
• Adjust equipment settings to meet production needs
• Assure product quality by using established verification processes
• Record production data in computerized systems
Requirements:
• High school diploma is necessary
• 3 years of machine operation experience required
• Knowledge of automation and maintenance is advantageous
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
