Join a vibrant team as a Baker, where you'll provide professional service and prepare delicious baking products for customers. Flexibility is key, with shifts starting as early as 3AM and weekends included.
As a Baker, you will work under the Bakery Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your role involves preparing baked goods, maintaining a clean production area, and providing bakery training to new staff. You will also engage actively with both customers and colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere at the bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Perform bakery administration tasks as required
• Prepare a variety of baked items for sale
• Maintain cleanliness in the bakery production area
• Train new staff on bakery procedures and standards
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of bakery techniques is essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three months of relevant experience
• Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
