Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot machine performance issues effectively
• Operate electric trucks and robotic equipment
• Maintain quality through Desso coating and sanding processes
• Document all steps in the production workflow
• Keep the production area organized and clean
Requirements:
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Related experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Adherence to Health & Safety regulations
• Ability to manage 12-hour rotating shifts
• Proficiency in Gesso mixing and viscosity checks
