Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety policies and operating procedures

• Operate and monitor process equipment and control systems

• Collaborate with shift teams to resolve issues

• Conduct effective shift handovers for continuity

• Mentor personnel on operations and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift

• Willing to respond to emergency situations

• Capability to lift up to 25 kg regularly

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
