Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily routines and personal care tasks

• Review reports on residents' health changes regularly

• Administer medications following physician orders

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

Requirements:

• Current certificate of competency from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Familiarity with working alongside unregulated care providers
