Join Sienna Senior Living as a Registered Nurse at Oakwood Commons, providing high-quality resident care in a supportive environment. Work a biweekly rotation while applying your nursing skills in geriatric care.

This role involves assessment, planning, and delivery of nursing services to meet resident needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will engage with residents and their families, carefully documenting health statuses. You'll also supervise nursing staff and participate in interdisciplinary care to foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document resident health needs and preferences

• Plan and implement individual care plans for residents

• Provide leadership and mentorship for nursing team members

• Ensure compliance with nursing practices and regulations

• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences regarding care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN/BN) or equivalent

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Strong knowledge of geriatric care principles

• Effective communication skills in English, French is an asset

• Experience with nursing documentation and computer skills
