Position: Compassionate Registered Nurse Role at BCHS
Join BCHS as a Registered Nurse, delivering evidence-based nursing care within a supportive and interdisciplinary environment. This role emphasizes patient-centered care across multiple acute care floors.

The successful candidate will become part of the largest clinical team at BCHS, utilizing their skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities include managing patient care assignments and providing nursing education for patients and families. RNs will have opportunities for cross-training across three floors to enhance their nursing capabilities and support colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions

• Manage patient care assignments effectively

• Educate patients and families on health needs

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care

• Lead clinical activities within the team

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with an accredited nursing degree

• 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience

• Current BCLS certification required

• Ability to work all shifts

• Effective communication and multitasking abilities
