Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and plan resident care effectively

• Administer medications and document accurately

• Collaborate on care plans with residents and families

• Provide support and education for nursing team members

• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent

• Current nursing registration in Ontario or British Columbia

• Knowledge of geriatric care principles

• Strong communication skills in English (French is an asset)

• Must pass TB screening and criminal record checks
