Registered Nurse in Medical Integrated Program

This role requires a dedicated nurse to demonstrate clinical competency while providing comprehensive care. You will utilize your nursing process to assess and evaluate patient needs in a high-intensity setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to diverse clients

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Manage patient care assignments efficiently

• Educate patients and families on health needs

• Lead coordination of care for assigned patients

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
