BCHS seeks a dedicated RN for the PACU and Day Surgery departments. This role emphasizes clinical competency, leadership, and a commitment to patient education. You will interface with healthcare professionals while providing exceptional care and managing nursing assignments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Provide clinical leadership for assigned surgical patients

• Manage health educational needs for patients and families

• Support organizing patient unit operations effectively

• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• 2 years experience in Surgical, PACU, or Critical Care

• Current Post Anaesthesia Care Nursing Certificate

• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven reliability
