As a Registered Nurse with people

Care, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care, monitor health status, and guide a team of caregivers. The position allows you to uphold high legislative standards while promoting the well-being of residents. Additionally, you will manage medications, maintain accurate records, and support fellow nursing staff in their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care aligned with residents' care plans

• Administer medications and document effects accurately

• Uphold safety protocols and report hazards promptly

• Maintain high-quality resident records

• Provide guidance to RPNs and PSWs

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Strong clinical knowledge and delegation skills

• Experience in Long-Term Care is an asset

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Passion for caring for seniors
