As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at SOAR Community Services, you will provide critical direct nursing care in a specialized withdrawal management setting. This position requires conducting screenings, comprehensive assessments, and monitoring patient symptoms. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and external partners is essential to ensure continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care in withdrawal management settings
• Conduct intake assessments and screenings
• Monitor and document withdrawal symptoms
• Administer medications and manage transfers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support teams
Requirements:
• RPN Diploma and registration with CNO
• Experience in addictions or mental health
• Knowledge of CNO Standards of Practice
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Capacity to manage trauma exposure
